|PICT| conversion allows for two methods of import.

A single |Picture| object is produced. The Picture may be stretched, scaled, and rotated. Use this format for PICT data that is "difficult" to convert. 

|Editable Objects|  Graphic object(s) can be fully edited.  This method is not useful for Color Pixel Images.
